Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open the link you send by text or email, on any phone or computer.
Do they need a username or password?
No. Each customer gets a private link that only works for their job.
Will it look like my business or yours?
Yours. Your logo, your colours and your name on the portal, the messages and every document.
What trades is it for?
Any trade that quotes before starting: plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, painting, landscaping, remodeling, handyman, cleaning, pest control, garage doors and appliance repair.
Do texts come from my own number?
Yes. When you tap Text quote or Text reminder, your phone’s messages open with everything filled in. You just hit send.
Can I change the checklists and messages?
Yes. Your messages are yours to write, and we adjust your checklists whenever you ask.
How do my customers pay me?
Today you get paid the way you already do (cash, check, Zelle, your card reader) and tap Mark paid, so the customer gets their receipt. Online payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon, with the money going straight to your own Stripe account. We never touch your money.
I have employees. Does it work for us?
Yes. Solo includes up to 3 logins, and everyone sees the full dashboard. The Team plan includes up to 10 logins, and roles (coming soon) let technicians see only their own jobs and calendar.
Does each person need their own setup?
No. There’s one setup for your whole business. Each person just gets their own login with their own password.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It’s yours. You can download your customers, jobs and invoices. Your customers can still open their invoices and warranties for 30 days, and if you come back within 90 days everything is restored.
I'm not great with tech. Is that a problem?
No. We set everything up and walk you through it. If you can send a text, you can use the portal.
